Mikko Kärkkäinen’s Tunto LED

Mikko Kärkkäinen and his firm Tonto has designed an LED lamp made from wood with a very simple design – and won the coveted Red Dot Design Award 2009.  The lamp, simply called Tunto LED, is operated by a gentle touch, and has a strong line with no visible switches. Beautiful, form and function.

I wonder if we’re going to see this on Fringe?
